Shipping

Q Will there be a shipping charge?

Q If I purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item together, will they be shipped together?
  • A Pre-order items and stock items will be delivered separately. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make separate purchases.

Q How long does it take from ordering to shipping?
  • A We usually ship within 5 business days after you place your order. For reserved products, please check the display for each product. *The above does not apply in the event that transportation is disrupted due to weather or other factors.

    *During certain events, transportation services are expected to be congested. Also, please understand that there may be temporary cases due to an increase in the amount of luggage.

About returns and exchanges

Q What should I do if I receive a defective item or a different item than what I ordered?
  • A Although we take all possible measures to ensure the delivery of the product, in the unlikely event that the product arrives soiled or damaged, or if it is different from what you ordered, we will contact you immediately upon arrival. Please use this form to contact us within 7 days. We will promptly exchange the product. If we cannot arrange a replacement, we will refund the price. Please note that even in this case, the following products cannot be exchanged.

    ・Items that have been used, renovated, or cleaned
    ・Items that have been soiled or scratched by the customer
    ・Your Products whose condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including boxes and accessories)

Q If the color, size, size, shape, or texture of the delivered product is different from what I imagined, can I return or exchange it?
